Graphic Designer

• Learn and internalize brand guidelines (voice, color, typography, logo usage) and apply them consistently and independently
• Maintain organized file systems, naming conventions, and asset libraries
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously with minimal oversight
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales stakeholders and agency partners to translate briefs into effective design

• Education & Experience: 3–5 years of professional graphic design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating range across digital, retail/e-commerce, print, advertising, and trade show/large-format materials.
• Design Suite Mastery: High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Figma.
• Hands-On AI Experience: Active experience or strong interest in leveraging generative AI design tools (e.g., Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, generative resizing tools) to accelerate creative production and scale output.
• B2C & B2B/B2E Versatility: Demonstrated ability to transition fluidly between high-velocity consumer ad creative/social assets and formal corporate presentations, print collateral, and event signage.
• Process & Asset Management: Excellent organizational skills, high attention to detail, and a disciplined approach to maintaining file systems, naming conventions, and digital asset libraries.
• Collaboration & Communication: Self-starter with strong communication skills and a track record of taking initiative across cross-functional teams (marketing, product, sales) and external agency partners under fast-paced schedules.
• Brand Stewardship: A genuine interest in learning, applying, and protecting brand identity across all physical and digital touchpoints.
• AI Tool Proficiency: Hands-on experience using generative AI design platforms (e.g., Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI) to accelerate production. AI Output Evaluation: Ability to review, refine, and edit AI-generated images and layouts to maintain full brand fidelity and quality control.
• Motion graphics or basic video editing skills.

Nice to Have

• Direct experience designing for Amazon/retail e-commerce platforms specifically (product listings, A+ content).
• Hands-on experience with trade show, booth graphics, or large-format print production.
• Motion graphics or basic video editing skills.
• Prior experience in the healthcare, medical device, or consumer tech industries.

The annual base salary range for this position is $110,000 – $125,000.

This range represents the good faith estimate of the salary or hourly wage AliveCor reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of hire.

The final compensation offer will be determined based on several factors, including geographic market rates, the candidate’s years of relevant experience, and specialized industry-specific expertise.

In accordance with California law, this range is specific to the role’s responsibilities and does not include potential bonuses, equity, or benefits, which may also form part of the total compensation package.
