- Produce creative content for marketing materials including posters, brochures, signage, banners, flyers, and website graphics
- Plan and monitor company presence on social media (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram)
- Launch optimized online adverts through Google AdWords, Facebook etc.
- Be involved in SEO efforts and optimize paid advertising campaigns
- Design, build, and maintain websites
- Manage e commerce activity including traffic acquisition, sales, conversion, and reporting
- Perform general Microsoft Windows system administration, security patching, and troubleshooting
- Provide printer support and basic network connectivity troubleshooting
Requirements
- Ability to conceptualize and deliver creative content including written, photo, and video assets
- Experience with graphic design software and tools
- Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing
- Experience with web design and maintenance
- Basic IT system administration skills

Graphic Design
- Think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts for the business and marketing materials which includes posters, brochures, signage, banners, flyers, bookmarks, website graphics, and other graphics and artwork.
- Ability to conceptualize and deliver creative content including written, photo, and video assets to align with the Brand's voice.
- Develops graphics, illustrations, and other creative materials for the web, social, and other digital platforms that is on brand, reinforces our status and reputation.
Digital Marketing
- Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram etc.)
- Launch optimized online adverts through Google AdWords, Facebook etc. to increase company and brand awareness.
- Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.), optimize paid advertising campaigns and report on the growth and analytics of campaigns to stakeholders.
- Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update websites.
- Analyze the performance of social media content and digital advertising campaigns, research digital communications trends, and adjust as needed to grow following and engagement.
Web Design/Maintenance
- Design, build, and maintain websites using authoring or scripting languages, content creation tools, management tools, and digital media.
- Write, design or edit web page content, or coordinate with others producing content.
E commerce
- Manage all online activity in relation to traffic acquisition, sales, conversion and a/b testing and reporting.
- Develop and implement ecommerce strategy to improve website performance.
- Oversee or directly manage digital marketing channels across PPC, SEO, Display, affiliates and email marketing and social media.
System or Hardware Maintenance
- General Microsoft Windows system administration, security patching, OS upgrades, troubleshooting problems.
- Install new software releases, system upgrades, evaluate and install patches and resolve software and hardware related problems.
- Printer support and installation, Network Printers basic network connectivity troubleshooting.
