Responsibilities
- Edit and enhance property photos, including color correction, retouching, and image optimization
- Design marketing materials such as posters, flyers, brochures, banners, roll ups, and property presentations
- Create engaging social media content for platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other digital channels
- Develop graphics and visual assets that align with the company's branding guidelines
- Schedule and manage social media posts and monitor engagement
- Assist in creating marketing campaigns to generate leads and increase brand awareness
- Design digital advertisements for social media and online property portals
- Support the sales and leasing teams with customized marketing materials
- Maintain an organized library of design assets, templates, and marketing resources
- Collaborate with management to develop creative concepts and promotional strategies
- Assist with website content updates, banners, and graphic elements (preferred but not required)
- Stay updated with current design trends and social media best practices
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Marketing Designer, or similar role
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Experience with Canva and other design tools
- Strong photo editing and image enhancement skills
- Understanding of social media platforms and content strategies
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills in English

Requirements

- Strong communication skills in English.
- Experience in real estate marketing is preferred but not required.
