key responsibilities

• · Assist in both content and design of marketing collateral including printed materials, external and internal presentations and other media to develop new business for the firm
• · Create individual graphic elements (information graphics, illustrations, etc) for marketing collaterals.
• · Prepares work to be accomplished by gathering information and materials.
• · Plans concept by studying information and materials.
• · Illustrates concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts.
• · Obtains approval of concept by submitting rough layout for approval.
• · Prepares finished copy and art by operating typesetting, printing , and similar equipment; purchasing from vendors.
• · Prepares final layout by marking and pasting up finished copy and art.
• · Completes projects by coordinating with outside agencies, art services, printers, etc.
• · Sending daily/weekly reports to reporting head.
• · Any other duties assigned by Reporting Manager.

Desired Qualification

• Associate or Graduate in Graphic Designing with Relevant Experience

Skills and experience

• · Minimum 2.5 years of experience in graphic design
• · Experience with website designing and updates.
• · Good working experience in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Corel Draw, HTML, CSS, InDesign, Dreamweaver, Flash and with Microsoft Office.
• · Organized and detail-oriented.
• · Ability to meet tight deadlines.
• · Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
• · Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with people at different levels and from various backgrounds.
• · Adapt to changing priorities and environment.
