Key Responsibilities

Candidate Profile

• **Essential Criteria:*** Proven Track Record: 5+ years of digital graphic design experience within fast-paced, high-growth commercial environments.
• UI/UX Tooling Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in Figma (or alternative Adobe Creative Suite tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe XD).
• AI-Native Workflow: Practical, hands-on experience leveraging advanced AI image generation tools (e.g., Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, ComfyUI, Firefly) inside a commercial design pipeline.
• Systems Thinker: Deep understanding of responsive web design principles and modern UI practices.
• Technical Fluency: Comfortable standing shoulder-to-shoulder with developers, engineers, and technical stakeholders.
• **Desirable & 'Nice to Have':*** AI Automation: Experience working with automated AI agent workflows or programmatic asset generation.
• Industry Background: Prior experience in E-commerce, Print-on-Demand (POD), or high-volume digital consumer brands.
