Grants and Program Project Manager

• Collaborate on drafting policies required by contracts to align with program needs
• Support internal reviews of grant management practices , processes, and policies to identify and implement improvements to program compliance, data management, internal coordination , and information sharing
• Support transition of grants management practices and data into Fluxx GrantSeeker Database
• Ac tively pa rtici pate in and co-lead wee kly Gra nts and Operati ons te am meeting s ; represent the Grants and Operations teams in all - sta ff and pro gram team me etings

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of four years of relevant experience and education
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality work requiring minimal review
• Excellent writing, research, analytical, design, and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Knowledge of immigration legal services
• Experience in nonprofit management or federal grant administration
• Prior experience with Fluxx GrantSeeker , or similar
• Experience with LegalServer or similar case management systems
• A passion for data collection/analysis to enhance organizational impact
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team environment

This is a full-time, non-exempt position.

Starting rate for the Grants and Program Project Manager position is $31.50/hour.
