Grant Writing Consultant

TFG Grant Writing Consultants work remotely and have the flexibility to accept grant project assignments based on their areas of expertise, interest, and availability.

Candidates should have significant experience in all phases of the grant development process and strong foundational knowledge of grantmaking entities, especially federal grant programs.

Grant Writing Consultants work closely with TFG staff and clients to identify and pursue grant funding opportunities.

may include the following:

• Support all phases of the grant development lifecycle
• Assist in the development and refinement of project concepts and funding strategies
• Develop a full proposal narrative and other attachments
• Guide budget development, justification, and finalization
• Develop all application materials to ensure alignment with funder requirements and priorities
• Coordinate the finalization of application materials and guide the submission process
• Ensure compliance with grant guidelines and formatting standards, meeting all requirements leading to a funder review after submission
• Maintain clear communication with clients and internal teams throughout the development process
