We are seeking an experienced Grants Operations Manager to oversee the management of major grant processes and delivery. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. The Grants Operations Manager will coordinate all aspects of the grant processes, from initial application to final reporting, ensuring compliance with grant requirements and deadlines. The Grants Operations Manager will ensure the Steve Fund meets all grant deliverables by collecting required information/data, tracking it in our project management and database systems, compiling reports (quantitative and qualitative), and interfacing with organizational leadership, development team members, and donors to present program outcomes against grant commitments.

JOB SUMMARY

The Grants Operations Manager will coordinate all aspects of the grant processes, from initial application to final reporting, ensuring compliance with grant requirements and deadlines. The Grants Operations Manager will ensure the Steve Fund meets all grant deliverables by collecting required information/data, tracking it in our project management and database systems, compiling reports (quantitative and qualitative), and interfacing with organizational leadership, development team members, and donors to present program outcomes against grant commitments.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- The Grants Manager will manage the end-to-end process of major grant initiatives, including but not limited to:
- Create and monitor grant project strategy plans - convening and facilitating, planning meetings, managing, tracking, and updating grant budgets, collecting, and reporting on deliverable/impact data, and completing grant close-out reporting.
