- Run safe, productive depot operations.
- Analyse performance, productivity, quality, and cost.
- Solve operational problems and improve processes.
- Develop your people leadership skills.
- Work across Operations, Transport, Hubs, and other teams.
- Understand how the entire parcel journey works.
You’ll take on real projects and increasing responsibility, with a clear pathway towards a future Operations Manager role.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Get hands-on – work alongside Shift Leaders, Duty Managers and Depot Managers across inbound, sort, outbound and last-mile operations.
