- Assist Administration and Operations teams with daily office and business tasks
- Prepare, organize, and maintain records, documentation, and business correspondence
- Support meeting arrangements, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and recording minutes
- Monitor departmental tasks, action items, and follow up activities
- Liaise with internal departments, suppliers, and external stakeholders
- Contribute to preparation of reports, presentations, and administrative materials
- Maintain accurate filing systems and support data entry activities
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and quality standards
- Follow all company safety and operational guidelines
