Responsibilities (Systems Engineer)
- Design and implement real-time trade execution and risk systems with nanosecond latency requirements
- Identify and eliminate performance bottlenecks to make systems faster and more efficient
- Research opportunities to cut latency across OS, kernel, networking stack, kernel bypass, CPU architecture, algorithms, and cache-efficient data structures
- Collaborate with engineers and quants to build robust, scalable system components
Responsibilities (Quantitative Strategist)
- Using cutting edge statistical and machine learning techniques to identify opportunities from terabytes of data
- Design and implement trading strategies into a highly-optimized and nimble code
- Productionize your strategies; investigate, observe and devise new ideas for better and faster predictions
Ideal Candidate (Systems Engineer)
Engineering degree in Computer Science or related fields from premier institutes
Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and OOP (C++/C preferred)
Strong problem-solving skills and programming fundamentals
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Good communication skills and strong work ethic
Working knowledge of Linux; familiarity with Python, Perl, R, or functional programming is a plus
