Sustainability Analysis & Reporting
- Assist in conducting energy modelling, carbon footprint assessments, and environmental impact studies.
- Support preparation of sustainability reports, life cycle assessments (LCA), and resource efficiency analyses.
- Contribute to net zero and decarbonization strategies for projects.
Green Building Certifications
- Support documentation for LEED, BREEAM, WELL, IGBC, GRIHA, or other sustainability rating systems.
- Coordinate with project teams to collect data and evidence required for certification.
- Assist in developing sustainability compliance plans.
Design & Technical Support
- Collaborate with architects, MEP engineers, and planners to integrate sustainable design principles.
- Support calculations for energy performance, daylighting, water efficiency, and building material optimization.
- Contribute to sustainability guidelines and design reviews.
Data Collection & Analysis
- Gather and analyse project data on energy usage, materials, waste, emissions, and water consumption.
- Develop dashboards, spreadsheets, and tools to track sustainability metrics.
- Conduct research on innovative sustainable technologies and materials.
Coordination & Communication
- Work with internal teams and external consultants to support sustainability initiatives.
- Prepare presentations, graphic summaries, and technical notes for stakeholders.
- Participate in sustainability workshops and client meetings.
