- Contribute to software projects that support critical business operations
- Collaborate with engineers and commercial team members to improve internal tools
- Write clean, maintainable code and assist with debugging and testing
- Participate in design discussions and code reviews
- Continuously build your technical and domain knowledge
- Leverage modern AI coding assistants and LLM tools to accelerate development cycles, refactor legacy code, and write comprehensive tests
- Experiment with and integrate AI capabilities (e.g., APIs, vector databases) to enhance internal tools and platform scalability
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- 0 to 1 year of professional experience in software development (internships and academic projects included)
- Strong understanding of core programming concepts, data structures, and algorithms
- Exposure to web technologies, APIs, or databases through coursework, internships, or personal projects
- Demonstrated ability to use AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, LLMs) to accelerate problem solving and automate repetitive coding tasks
- Familiarity with integrating Third Party APIs (including OpenAI/Anthropic) or deploying open source models is a strong plus
- Curiosity, adaptability, and a strong desire to learn and grow
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Clear communication and a collaborative mindset
