Role Overview
HRtechX is seeking a Graduate Sales Development Representative to support its global conference and partnership growth.
The role offers training, operational experience, and collaboration with lead generation, sales, and leadership teams.

Responsibilities
- Review potential leads and set up meetings for the sales team.
- Use phone, email, LinkedIn, and other outreach methods to arrange meetings with quality prospects.
- Develop expertise in generating new-business meetings with senior prospects.
- Help sales representatives fill their diaries and grow the global sponsor roster.
- Work with the leadership team on conference strategies.
