- Source top talent using LinkedIn, job boards, and personal network
- Partner with clients on hiring strategies and market trends
- Drive business development: identify and win new clients, build pipelines
- Build long term relationships with clients and candidates
- Stay ahead of market trends in Data Centres, Pharma, etc.

What You’ll Do
- Own the Sales Cycle: Manage end to end hiring processes, from client acquisition and role qualification to candidate placement and offer negotiation.
- Source Top Talent: Proactively headhunt and engage high calibre candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and your own network.
- Partner with Clients: Advise clients on hiring strategies, market trends, and talent availability to deliver tailored solutions.
- Drive Business Development: Identify and win new clients, build pipelines, and expand existing accounts across key sectors.
- Build Long Term Relationships: Develop trusted partnerships with both clients and candidates to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Stay Ahead of the Market: Keep up with industry trends (Data Centres, Pharma etc.) to position yourself as a subject matter expert.
What We’re Looking For
- Recent graduate with commercial experience.
- Highly motivated, driven, and commercially minded.
- Comfortable in a fast paced, performance driven environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Location: Relocating to Dubai or already based there.
