Graduate Program
This entry-level role is part of AECOM’s 24-month Advance graduate program.
The program provides structured learning and one-on-one mentoring to support progression from graduate to future leader.
The role supports proposal management within AECOM’s infrastructure consulting business.
Eligibility and Qualifications
- UAE National with a Family Book is mandatory under the stated Emiratisation and UAE labor requirements.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Engineering, or a related field is required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are required for basic proposal drafting, editing, and formatting.
- The candidate must be able to follow RFI, RFQ, and RFP instructions and compliance requirements.
- Organization, deadline tracking, analytical and research skills, and attention to detail are required.
- Microsoft Office proficiency, collaboration, and motivation to learn through the graduate program are required.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with proposals, letters of interest, and statements of qualifications and support pre-RFP capture planning.
- Create schedules, templates, compliance matrices, and production deliverables.
