We are seeking a Graduate Project Controller to support multidisciplinary projects through effective cost management, budget analysis, and financial oversight. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders to deliver accurate forecasting, transparent reporting, and strong governance compliance, ensuring programs remain on track and within budget. ‑ disciplinary projects through effective cost management, budget analysis, and financial oversight. We are seeking a detail-oriented professional capable of contributing effectively to complex, multidisciplinary projects. This role is suited to a recent university graduate who is eager to develop a career in project controls. Suitable degree backgrounds include Bachelor of Engineering, Bachelor of Commerce, Accounting and Finance, Construction Management, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related discipline. To be successful, you will demonstrate an interest in the application of AI, strong analytical skills, and a proactive approach to improving processes.

Requirements

Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Commerce, Accounting & Finance, Construction Management, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Demonstrated initiative and a proactive approach to problem-solving

Interest in data-driven decision-making, digital tools, AI applications, and process improvement

Strong attention to detail and analytical capability
