About the job

  • The Graduate Product Specialist acts as the primary contact for all customers, focusing on market leading Risk management products.
  • Products support all asset classes, including Crypto currencies and derivatives.
  • After training, the specialist will investigate complex technical issues, explore business flows, determine and deliver solutions, and manage financial static data.

What you'll do

  • Investigate complex workflow and troubleshoot faults, test and recreate issues, review logs and perform data analysis.
  • Participate in escalation processes to inform customers and engage resources internally.
  • Conduct testing of applications and APIs, analyze to determine problem areas.
  • Improve data quality across the full lifecycle.
  • Provide frequent and clear updates to clients and internal teams.
  • Maintain a high level of expertise on TS Imagine products.
  • Review and make data and configuration changes.
  • Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing.
  • Work on supporting projects to develop team tools and workflows.

You should have

  • A Science or Mathematics based degree, Engineering, Quantitative Finance, Economics or another similar field.
  • A broad based understanding of finance and associated risk strategies.
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) skills.
  • Experience in server scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) or familiarity with SQL is highly desirable.
  • Practical experience of API configuration or development is highly desirable.
