The Performance Optimisation department forms the backbone of performance development direction, relentlessly focused on turning potential into championship results.
Performance Optimisation teams extract every ounce of speed and efficiency from both car and driver, spanning the full development cycle from car concept performance studies, through to optimising ride and handling car performance on a race weekend.
Leveraging innovative tools and data platforms, the team continuously refines performance and pushes boundaries.
In this position you be part of the Performance Optimisation team studying and developing performance opportunities for current and future cars.
