Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research on Saudi Arabian and international laws and regulations relating to technology and innovation
- Assist in preparing legal memoranda, legal opinions, client advice, and regulatory analyses
- Monitor legal and regulatory developments affecting emerging technologies
- Support advisory work involving AI, fintech, blockchain, digital assets, cybersecurity, privacy, cloud services, and digital platforms
- Participate in client meetings, internal workshops, and technology related projects
- Collaborate with lawyers and multidisciplinary professionals on innovative legal solutions
- Contribute to internal knowledge management, publications, presentations, and thought leadership initiatives
- Continuously research new technologies and assess their legal and commercial implications
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B. or equivalent)
- Excellent understanding of legal principles and strong legal research skills
- Exceptional curiosity and willingness to learn independently
- Genuine interest in technology and innovation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic

About the Role
- As a Graduate Lawyer in our Legal Technology team, you will work alongside experienced lawyers on cutting edge legal and regulatory matters involving emerging technologies.
- You will research new legal developments, analyze regulatory frameworks, assist in preparing legal advice, and contribute to innovative projects for local and international clients.
- No prior experience in technology law is required. We are looking for individuals with a strong legal foundation and an exceptional willingness to learn.
