• ****Your role****
• As a Graduate Road Engineer, you will support the planning, design, and delivery of road and transportation infrastructure projects under the guidance of senior engineers.
• Your responsibilities will include:
• Assisting in the preparation of road and highway designs, drawings, and technical documentation across concept, preliminary, and detailed design stages.
• Supporting the development of geometric alignments, cross-sections, junction layouts and vertical alignments.
• Coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, including traffic, , utilities, structures, and other engineering disciplines, to ensure integrated design solutions.
• Managing allocated tasks effectively, meeting deadlines, and following established quality and safety procedures.
• Demonstrating commitment to professional development by improving technical skills, learning applicable standards and guidelines, and keeping abreast of emerging tools, digital workflows, and industry best practices.

About You

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• 0-3 years of relevant experience in highways or infrastructure design.
• Basic knowledge of road design standards, codes, and engineering principles, with a strong desire to learn and develop technical expertise.
• Awareness of mid- to large-scale road or infrastructure projects; exposure to urban roads, highways, interchanges, or transport corridors is an advantage.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office; familiarity with Civil 3D, OpenRoads, or similar road design software is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical ideas.
• Interest in transportation infrastructure development within the Middle East is a plus.
