Graduate Geoscientist

• Participate in your relevant discipline within geoscience projects to meet quality and budget expectations

• Under supervision, perform analysis in the relevant discipline across the geoscience team

• Participate in writing comprehensive and detailed reports for projects

• Provide support and assistance in client meetings and attendances on site and offshore

• Participate in the improvement and up-keep of essential software and analysis tools

• Participate in preparing detailed proposals for new work including costing

• Provide support in the marketing of Global Maritime

• Assist with the delivery of services across Global Maritime’s business streams as workload demands.

• MEng / MSc in relevant degree subject, options including Geotechnical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Geology, Geophysics, Geography or related degree.

• Graduate/Associate Member of a professional institution

• Working ability in a number of design analysis tools

• Excellent Microsoft Office skills

• Works as an effective member of a team

• Communicates information in a clear and effective manner

• Uses effective problem solving approaches to solve routine problems

• Manages own workload to meet deadlines and keep within budget

• Aware for requirements for quality and cost

• Self-motivated and focused on achieving results

• Proactively pursues opportunities for professional development
