Graduate Engineer Trainee- Production

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

• ➢ Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring production activities for Solid Carbide Tools, Indexable Tools, and Special Purpose Cutting Tools.
• ➢ Support shop floor operations to ensure production targets, quality requirements, and delivery schedules are achieved.
• ➢ Assist in manufacturing processes including CNC Tool Grinding, CNC Machining, Edge Preparation, Inspection, and Packaging.
• ➢ Monitor machine performance, production output, and downtime, and report deviations to supervisors.
• ➢ Coordinate with Production, Quality, Design, Maintenance, and Planning departments for smooth workflow and timely execution of orders.
• ➢ Assist in monitoring quality parameters and support corrective actions for process-related issues.
• ➢ Support new product trials, process validation activities, and product development projects.
• ➢ Ensure proper handling of raw materials, semi-finished products, tools, and finished goods during production activities.

PROFILE & REQUIREMENTS

• ➢ Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline.
• ➢ Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in Production, Manufacturing, CNC Machining, or Engineering Industry.
• ➢ Understanding of CNC machines, cutting tools, and precision manufacturing processes will be an added advantage.
• ➢ Knowledge of Solid Carbide Tools, End Mills, Drills, Reamers, and other cutting tools is desirable.
• ➢ Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• ➢ Basic knowledge of production planning, quality control, and shop floor practices.
• ➢ Willingness to work on the shop floor and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
