In this program, participants gain valuable experience within multiple different disciplines on a rotational basis, such as Engineering, Quality and Supplier Quality.

These rotations will allow for participants to become well rounded professionals and enable them to see all aspects of the business.

This is a two year program with three 8-month rotations.

What You Will Need?

• Bachelors degree in Engineering or Science related field
• Strong engineering capabilities/potential demonstrated through projects, employment and/or internships

What Else We Look For?

• Good computer skills in usage of MS Office Suite including MS Project
• Basic documentation, communication (e.g., written and verbal) and interpersonal relationship skills
• Basic understanding of statistical techniques
• Good understanding and knowledge of principles, theories, and concepts relevant to Engineering
• Good problem-solving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills
• Good understanding of processes and equipment used in assigned work
