Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Support project teams by ensuring all project documents are accurately controlled, stored, distributed, and maintained in accordance with company and client procedures.
• Assist with the registration, filing, and distribution of project documents in line with company procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing documentation.
• Ensure documents are correctly version controlled and archived.
• Support the setup and maintenance of project document registers.
• Support communication between project teams, vendors, and clients regarding documentation.
• Assist in tracking document status and following up on outstanding submissions.
• Support meeting documentation, including distribution of minutes and action lists.
• Upload, manage, and retrieve documents from the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS).
• Ensure all documentation complies with project quality and audit requirements.
• Assist with audits by providing requested documentation and records.
• Learn document control best practices, project workflows, and system usage.
