The organization develops digital solutions and supports businesses through modern technology.
The Graduate Developer supports software development, testing, debugging, and application improvement initiatives while gaining practical experience on real-world projects.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with developing, testing, and maintaining software applications and write clean, maintainable code.
- Support frontend and backend development, APIs, databases, integrations, application features, deployment, and releases.
- Troubleshoot bugs, assist with technical issue resolution, and contribute to features, enhancements, and system improvements.
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions and collaborate with Developers, QA, IT, Product, and Business teams.
- Maintain technical documentation and development records and research technologies for technical improvements.
- Use Git and established version-control practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, diploma, or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field is preferred.
- Understanding of programming fundamentals and software development concepts.
- Familiarity with at least one programming language such as Python, Java, JavaScript, C#, or a similar language.
