Responsibilities
- Assist in developing technical designs, reports, and presentations.
- Coordinate with multi-disciplinary engineering teams across various stages of project life cycles.
- Support project documentation and ensure quality and compliance with UAE codes and standards.
- Learn and apply digital engineering tools (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GIS, Plaxis, etc.).
- Support geotechnical assessments, site investigations, and interpretation of ground conditions under the guidance of experienced engineers.
- Attend client and stakeholder meetings, supporting the preparation of technical deliverables.
- Actively contribute to team discussions, problem-solving, and creative design thinking.
Qualifications
- UAE National (Emirati) with valid Emirates ID & Family Book.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Geotechnical Engineering.
- Strong interest in one or more of the following: Ground / Geotechnical Engineering Site Investigations Stakeholder Engagement

- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GIS, Plaxis, or similar is a plus.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
