- Strong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate effectively with the site crew
- Attention to detail and precision in grading work
- A valid operator’s license or relevant certifications
- Prior experience in road construction or infrastructure projects is an advantage

Role Description
- This is a full time on site role for a Grader Operator based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
