Who We Are

Key Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment including mainly grading machinery but could include excavators, Loaders and dozers to complete construction tasks
• Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure safe and efficient operation.
• Read and interpret plans, blueprints, and job specifications to carry out work accurately.
• Collaborate with supervisors and other crew members to maintain workflow and meet project deadlines.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures to maintain a secure work environment.
• Assist with equipment transport, site cleanup, and other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Previous experience operating a grader in a similar heavy construction role.
• Experience with fine grading is a plus.
• Senior-level experience as a grader operator is a plus.
• Valid Heavy Equipment Operator certifications or licenses preferred.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and best practices for heavy equipment operation.
• Ability to read and follow construction plans and instructions.
• Physically able to perform outdoor construction work in various outdoor conditions.
• Eligible to work in Canada.
• Able to travel to various job sites around Calgary as needed.
