Role and Responsibilities
As a GPU HW Program Manager, you will drive the successful delivery of SARC/ACL's full GPU solution portfolio.
Joining the Samsung Graphics Hardware Program Management team, you'll own project plans for hardware IP development programs — including post-silicon and commercialization for the mobile market.
• Lead cross-functional team meetings to develop and maintain project schedules, resource plans, KPIs, and plans of record
• Identify and drive resolution of program issues and conflicts across engineering groups through effective communication and influence
• Assess risks, develop mitigation strategies, and communicate GPU IP program status to key internal and external stakeholders
• Troubleshoot schedule and resource conflicts; define alternative milestones, tasks, and processes as needed
• Own documentation and reporting in JIRA and Confluence; deliver concise, executive-level progress presentations across all stages of the product lifecycle
• Drive adoption of PM best practices and continuously improve program metrics and processes

At Samsung – SARC/ACL, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range.
This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role.
The base pay range for this role is between $151,000 and $251,800.
Your actual base pay will depend on variables that may include your education skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.
This is an exempt position, which is not eligible for overtime pay under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).

In addition, regular full-time employees (salaried or hourly) are eligible for MBO bonus compensation, based on company, division, and individual performance.
Additionally, this role might be eligible to participate in long term incentive plan and relocation.
