Responsibilities
- Conduct online and onsite product demonstrations
- Provide technical inputs for RFPs, RFQs, proposals, and presentations
- Support Proof of Concept planning, configuration, execution, and validation
- Prepare solution architecture diagrams, technical documentation, and implementation plans
- Gather and analyze client operational and technical requirements
- Coordinate technical deployment and commissioning activities
- Configure equipment master data, user roles, dashboards, alerts, and operational rules
- Participate in functional testing, UAT, client training, system handover, and project documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related discipline
- 2 4 years of relevant experience in GPS tracking, telematics, IoT, fleet management, or connected device solutions
- Experience in technical demonstrations, solution configuration, implementation, or project delivery
- Willingness to travel locally and internationally

Role Overview
- TrackIT is seeking a technically capable and client focused Pre Sales & Project Delivery Engineer to support GPS, telematics, IoT, and fleet management solutions.
- The role combines technical pre sales, solution design, and project implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct online and onsite product demonstrations.
- Provide technical inputs for RFPs, RFQs, proposals, and presentations.
- Help identify suitable telematics devices, sensors, gateways, BLE, RFID, and RTLS components.
- Support Proof of Concept planning, configuration, execution, and validation.
- Prepare solution architecture diagrams, technical documentation, and implementation plans.
- Gather and analyze client operational and technical requirements.
- Support solution design in collaboration with engineering and product teams.
- Assist with project planning, system configuration, business rule setup, integration planning, and milestone management.
- Coordinate technical deployment and commissioning activities.
- Define installation guidelines, testing procedures, and quality standards.
- Support field teams with device installation, wiring, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Configure equipment master data, user roles, dashboards, alerts, and operational rules.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in GPS tracking, telematics, IoT, fleet management, or connected device solutions.
- Experience in technical demonstrations, solution configuration, implementation, or project delivery.
- Willingness to travel locally and internationally, as required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with telematics hardware from manufacturers such as Teltonika, Queclink, or Ruptela.
- Experience with vehicle or equipment installations, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
- Exposure to aviation, airport ground operations, logistics, infrastructure, or industrial fleet environments.
