Role Description
- The Government Relations Specialist will manage and foster relationships with government authorities.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and represent the organization in public and governmental affairs.
- Conduct regulatory research, manage permits, licenses, and documentation, and ensure adherence to all legal requirements.
- Monitor policy developments, coordinate with internal stakeholders, and communicate effectively with government departments.
- This is a full time, on site position located in Dubai.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Governmental Affairs and Government Relations to manage compliance and build productive networks with governmental bodies.
- Strong skills in Communication and Public Affairs to effectively represent the organization and foster partnerships with stakeholders.
- Knowledge and experience with governmental processes and regulations, especially in the Food & Beverage or retail sector, is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage documentation, licensing processes, and regulatory requirements efficiently.
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven problem solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to diverse governmental structures.
