Role Overview
Seeking an experienced and reliable PRO or Government Relations Officer with strong knowledge of JAFZA procedures.
The role handles PRO duties, documentation, government transactions, and coordination with authorities and free zone departments.
Requirements
- Previous JAFZA experience is mandatory.
- A valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
- Minimum relevant UAE experience in PRO or government relations.
- Knowledge of UAE government, immigration, labor, and licensing procedures.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office and general computer applications.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
- Immediate joining is preferred.
- Hindi and English are required.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle PRO and government-related transactions and documentation.
- Manage JAFZA applications, renewals, approvals, and other procedures.
- Coordinate with government authorities and free zone departments.
- Handle visa, labor, immigration, licensing, and company documentation.
- Maintain company records and documents up to date.
- Follow up on applications and ensure timely completion of procedures.
- Provide administrative support when required.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 3,200–AED 3,800 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
