Job Summary
Manage UAE government, licensing, regulatory, and private-sector transactions for the company and its related entities.
The role is primarily based in the Dubai office and includes visits to authorities and service centers when required.
Maintain licenses, permits, registrations, certificates, tenancy documents, vehicles, marine assets, and other official records.
Corporate Licensing and Government Transactions
- Apply for, renew, amend, and cancel trade licenses, business permits, and commercial registrations.
- Process transactions through DET, Dubai Municipality, Dubai Police, RTA, and other government portals.
- Follow up on approvals for locations, projects, events, and operational activities until completion.
- Handle government transactions across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and other Emirates as required.
Tenancy and Commercial Properties
- Process tenancy contracts, Ejari registrations and renewals, office leases, and commercial rental agreements.
- Coordinate with landlords, property managers, consultants, and authorities regarding company premises.
- Maintain tenancy records and ensure documents remain valid for license renewals and other transactions.
