About the Role
SimCorp is seeking a Government Relations & Administration Officer (Mobility Consultant) for Saudi nationals only. The role manages government portal administration, visa processing, and provides administrative support to the Legal team, ensuring compliance with Saudi labor law.

Responsibilities
- Manage and operate Saudi government online portals (Absher, Qiwa, Mudad, GOSI, HRSD, MISA)
- Submit, track, and follow up on applications, transactions, and service requests through official government systems
- Maintain up to date access credentials and ensure timely renewal of portal accounts and digital certificates
- Monitor regulatory announcements and portal updates to ensure organisational compliance
- Monitor Nitaqat status to ensure the company maintains a safe Saudization tier
- Coordinate and process different visa types (work visas, business visas, dependent entry visas, exit/re entry visas)
- Maintain an accurate, up to date record of all employee visa statuses
- Visit government offices physically when required (MHRSD, Jawazat, Ministry of Commerce, Traffic Police)
- Accompany expats for medical checks, fingerprinting, or official procedures during onboarding
- Provide light touch support to the Legal team for renewal of office related documents (CR, Municipal License, etc.)
- Execute ad hoc administrative tasks and operational assignments as directed by management
- Coordinate with IT department for collection, tracking, and delivery of hardware and equipment to new hires
Requirements
- Proven experience operating Saudi government portals (Absher, Qiwa, Mudad, GOSI, HRSD, MISA)
- Strong understanding of Saudi immigration regulations, visa processing, and Iqama management
- Familiarity with Saudi labour law, Nitaqat, and applicable government requirements
- Fluent in Arabic (written and spoken); English proficiency is an advantage
- Meticulous approach to document management, deadline tracking, and data accuracy
- Ability to liaise effectively with government officials, internal teams, and external service providers
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple concurrent tasks and prioritise workload

Role Overview
- The Government Relations & Administration Officer is a key administrative and compliance role responsible for managing all interactions with Saudi government entities, ministries, and regulatory bodies on behalf of the organization.
- The GRO ensures the company remains fully compliant with Saudi labor law, immigration regulations, and all applicable government requirements.
- This role also provides light support to the Legal team for office related document renewals and assists with general administrative tasks as needed.

- Submit, track, and follow up on applications, transactions, and service requests through official government systems.
- Maintain up to date access credentials and ensure timely renewal of portal accounts and digital certificates.
- Monitor regulatory announcements and portal updates to ensure organisational compliance.
- Monitor Nitaqat status to ensure the company maintains a safe Saudization tier.
- Coordinate and process different visa types including work visas, business visas, dependent entry visas, and exit/re entry visas.
- Maintain an accurate, up to date record of all employee visa statuses.
- Visit government offices physically when required, including MHRSD, Jawazat, Ministry of Commerce, and Traffic Police.

- Assist in the legalization, attestation, and notarization of company documents when required.
- Coordinate with relevant government offices for the collection and submission of official documents.
