Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with government entities including MOHR, GOSI, MISA, Civil Defense, Customs, Chamber of Commerce, MOI, and Municipality
- Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws, immigration regulations, and governmental procedures
- Manage business licenses, renewals, permits, and legal documentation
- Supervise issuance, renewal, and cancellation of visas, work permits, and residency (Iqama) for employees
- Oversee creation and renewal of employment contracts within Qiwa platform
- Manage Saudization program and ensure adherence to quotas
- Monitor updates to Saudi laws and regulations, providing insights to senior management
- Submit required reports, filings, and documentation to authorities
- Address government related disputes and compliance issues with HR and Legal teams
- Lead disciplinary committee activities and participate in staff disciplinary processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, Law, or related field
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Government Relations within logistics, e commerce, or multinational organizations
- Strong knowledge of Saudi labor regulations, immigration rules, and business compliance
- Hands on experience with GOSI, Muqeem, Qiwa, and Mudad systems
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English
- Established network with key government entities
- Willingness to travel to Riyadh and other GCC countries

Job Summary
- The Government Relations (GR) Manager oversees interactions with government authorities and ensures compliance with Saudi regulatory requirements.
- Manages governmental processes related to licensing, visas, work permits, and operational approvals.
- Serves as primary liaison between the company and government bodies, coordinating with legal partners in Jordan, Lebanon, Yemen, Kuwait, and UAE.
- Based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
What You Will Do
- Build and maintain relationships with key government entities including MOHR, GOSI, MISA, Civil Defense, Customs, Chamber of Commerce, MOI, and Municipality.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws, immigration regulations, and governmental procedures.
- Manage business licenses, renewals, permits, and legal documentation.
- Supervise issuance, renewal, and cancellation of visas, work permits, and residency (Iqama) for employees.
- Support new staff and their families for smooth settlement.
- Oversee creation and renewal of employment contracts within Qiwa platform.
- Manage Saudization program and ensure adherence to mandated quotas.
- Monitor updates to Saudi laws and regulations, providing insights to senior management.
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of required reports, filings, surveys, and documentation.
- Develop and implement process improvements for government related workflows.
- Manage one direct report (admin assistant/broker).
- Address government related disputes and compliance issues with HR and Legal teams.
We believe you have
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, Law, or related field.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Government Relations within logistics, e commerce, or multinational organizations.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi labor regulations, immigration rules, and business compliance.
- Hands on experience with GOSI, Muqeem, Qiwa, and Mudad systems.
- Established network and strong relationships with key government entities.
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English, with strong negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proven problem solving capabilities for complex regulatory processes.
- Willingness to travel to Riyadh and other GCC countries.
