- Manage online portal uploads and system registrations for government platforms
- Monitor and stay updated on new laws, regulations, and procedures affecting operations
- Build and maintain professional relationships with government officials

- Maintain accurate records of all government transactions, approvals, and communications
Requirements
- Minimum 1 3 years of experience in government liaison or PRO role in Ras Al Khaimah or Dubai

- Proven experience with online government portals and submission platforms
- Fluent in Arabic; English is an advantage
- UAE driving license preferred

Role Overview
- The Government Affairs Executive – RAK will be responsible for government related processes and interactions in Ras Al Khaimah, with a strong focus on liaising with RAK Municipality and RAK Land Department.
- This role ensures full compliance with local regulations, smooth processing of submissions, and proactive relationship management with government authorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact with RAK Municipality, RAK Land Department, and other relevant government entities.
- Handle all submissions, applications, approvals, and registrations related to company projects and properties in RAK.
- Manage online portal uploads and system registrations for all government platforms.
- Monitor, interpret, and stay updated on new laws, regulations, and procedures affecting RAK operations.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with government officials and departments.
- Follow up on all government transactions to ensure timely completion and approvals.

- Fluent in Arabic; English is an advantage.

Role Overview (Dubai)
- The Government Affairs Executive – Dubai will handle all administrative government related submissions, approvals, registrations, and compliance matters within Dubai.
- The role requires daily interaction with Dubai Land Department (DLD), RERA, Dubai Municipality, and associated authorities.
Key Responsibilities (Dubai)
- Maintain and continuously update all government affairs databases and records.
- Participate in SPA registration with DLD and manage Oqood system processes.
- Monitor and process all documentation related to registration, deregistration, and transfers.
- Handle Title Deed issuance.
- Apply and follow up for No Objection Certificates (NOC) from developers and relevant authorities.
- Submit and follow up on project approvals, permits, and compliance certifications.
- Ensure all special contractual conditions are fulfilled prior to ownership transfer.
- Maintain and update logs of all government applications and submissions.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Customer Care, Finance) to ensure alignment on processes and timelines.
- Track all submissions, approvals, renewals, and document expiry dates.
Requirements & Qualifications (Dubai)
- Minimum 1 3 years of experience in a similar role within reputed real estate developers or government liaising sectors.
- Good knowledge of Dubai real estate regulations and government authorities procedures.
- Excellent command of Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Ability to build strong relationships with governmental entities.

Working Conditions
- Based in Dubai with occasional RAK.
