We are seeking a part-time Governance Manager for a hybrid role in Dubai. You will design and maintain governance frameworks, ensure compliance, assess risks, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with internal standards and relevant regulations.
- Monitor adherence to governance processes, document decisions and approvals, and coordinate with cross functional teams to align projects and operations with governance requirements.
- Assess risks, recommend mitigation measures, prepare reports and dashboards for leadership, and support audits and reviews.
- Facilitate governance related meetings, train team members on governance practices, and continuously improve governance structures to support sustainable business growth.
Requirements
- Strong governance, risk, and compliance capabilities, including experience developing and implementing governance frameworks, policies, and procedures.
- Proficiency in documentation, reporting, and analysis, with the ability to prepare clear governance reports, dashboards, and records for leadership and stakeholders.
- Experience collaborating with cross functional teams, coordinating approvals, and managing stakeholder expectations in a structured, process driven environment.
- Ability to identify and assess operational and strategic risks, propose mitigation plans, and support audit and review activities.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the capacity to manage part time responsibilities across on site and remote work settings.
- Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to explain governance concepts and train team members on policies and procedures.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, law, management, information systems, or a related field; relevant certifications in governance, risk, or compliance are an advantage.

Role Description
- The Governance Manager role at LIDER BIM S.A.C. is a part time, hybrid position based in Dubai, combining on site work with the flexibility to work from home.
- The person in this role will design, implement, and maintain governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with internal standards and relevant regulations.
- Day to day responsibilities include monitoring adherence to governance processes, documenting decisions and approvals, and coordinating with cross functional teams to align projects and operations with governance requirements.
