We are seeking an experienced Governance Manager to lead and strengthen our corporate governance framework. You will oversee governance policies, ensure regulatory compliance, manage risk and internal controls, and work with senior leadership to promote transparency and accountability.

Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain corporate governance policies and frameworks
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies
- Monitor governance practices and recommend improvements
- Coordinate board and committee governance activities, including reporting and documentation
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to manage governance, risk, and compliance initiatives
- Support internal and external audits and ensure timely resolution of audit findings
- Monitor regulatory changes and advise management on compliance requirements
- Prepare governance reports, performance metrics, and presentations for senior leadership
- Promote a culture of ethics, accountability, and continuous improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, Risk Management, Corporate Governance, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in governance, compliance, risk management, audit, or corporate affairs
- Professional certifications such as CGEIT, GRCP, ICG, CIA, CRISC, or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of corporate governance, compliance, and risk management
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail
- Experience managing cross functional governance initiatives

About the Role
- We’re looking for an experienced and detail oriented Governance Manager to lead and strengthen our corporate governance framework.
- In this role, you'll oversee governance policies, ensure regulatory compliance, manage risk and internal controls, and work closely with senior leadership to promote transparency, accountability, and operational excellence across the organization.

- 5+ years of experience in governance, compliance, risk management, audit, or corporate affairs
- Professional certifications such as CGEIT, GRCP, ICG, CIA, CRISC, or equivalent are highly desirable
- Experience with governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) systems is an advantage
