Oversee and support governance arrangements across subsidiaries, ensuring consistency with the holding company's standards.
Coordinate with subsidiary boards, company secretaries, and management to align reporting, escalation, and decision-making across the group.
***Regulatory Compliance***
Monitor and interpret applicable laws and regulations and assess their impact on the group.
Maintain a compliance calendar covering filings, disclosures, license renewals, and statutory deadlines across all entities.
Support the design and roll-out of compliance policies and related training.

Assist in identifying governance and compliance gaps and tracking remediation across subsidiaries.
Prepare governance and compliance reports for senior management and boards.
Liaise with internal audit, legal, and external advisors as needed.
