Responsibilities
- Oversee the implementation of governance and compliance requirements
- Prepare and review internal policies and regulations
- Draft and legally review contracts and agreements
- Follow up on government electronic platforms and regulatory requirements
- Monitor licenses and permits and renew them on time
- Provide legal advice to senior management and other departments
- Represent the company in legal cases and disputes
- Prepare periodic reports on legal status and potential risks
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Law or related field from a recognized university
- 3 5 years of experience in legal affairs or corporate law, preferably in industrial sector
- Extensive knowledge of Saudi regulations and laws
- Experience in contract drafting and internal policy preparation
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Proficiency in computer use and government platforms
- Experience with GRC electronic systems
- Experience in preparing board and committee reports
- Ability to deal with regulatory and supervisory authorities

- إعداد ومراجعة السياسات واللوائح الداخلية
- صياغة العقود والاتفاقيات ومراجعتها قانونيًا
- متابعة المنصات الحكومية الإلكترونية والمتطلبات النظامية
- متابعة الرخص والتصاريح وتجديدها في الوقت المحدد
- تقديم الاستشارات القانونية للإدارة العليا والإدارات الأخرى
- تمثيل الشركة في القضايا والنزاعات القانونية
- إعداد تقارير دورية عن الوضع القانوني والمخاطر المحتملة
الشروط والمؤهلات
- درجة البكالوريوس في القانون أو الأنظمة من جامعة معترف بها
- خبرة عملية من 3 إلى 5 سنوات في المحاماة أو الشؤون القانونية، ويفضل في قطاع الشركات أو القطاع الصناعي
- معرفة واسعة بأنظمة ولوائح المملكة العربية السعودية
- خبرة في صياغة العقود وإعداد السياسات الداخلية
- إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية تحدثًا وكتابة
- مهارات تحليلية وتواصل ممتازة
- إجادة استخدام الحاسب الآلي والمنصات الحكومية
- الخبرة في التعامل مع الأنظمة الإلكترونية (GRC ونحوها)
- الخبرة في إعداد تقارير مجلس الإدارة واللجان
- القدرة على التعامل مع الجهات التنظيمية والرقابية
