About the Role
GrowthEdge is looking for a Google/YouTube Ads Specialist to own Demand Gen campaigns for ecommerce clients. You will build, launch, and optimise campaigns, write creative briefs, and analyse performance data.

Responsibilities
- Build, launch, and optimise Demand Gen campaigns on Google Ads
- Write and brief creative that performs on YouTube, Discovery, and Gmail placements
- Run audience segmentation and test creative variations systematically
- Analyse performance data and translate it into client facing insights
- Collaborate with the strategy team on account structure and scaling decisions
- Stay sharp on platform changes, betas, and what's actually working now
Requirements
- 2+ years managing Google Ads accounts with a focus on Demand Gen or YouTube
- Hands on ecommerce experience, not just lead gen
- Comfort reading data and forming a view
- Strong creative instinct, know what hooks work on YouTube
- Clear written communication, client facing experience a plus
- Experience with Google Merchant Center, feed management, and shopping campaigns is a bonus

The Role
- You'll own Demand Gen campaigns across Google and YouTube for a portfolio of ecommerce clients.
- This isn't a generalist role. You need to know what makes someone stop scrolling on YouTube, why a Demand Gen campaign bleeds spend, and how to fix it before the client notices.
- You'll work directly with senior strategists, get visibility across a range of verticals, and move fast.
