- Create, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Facebook and Instagram to increase leads and conversions
- Develop targeted ad strategies using audience segmentation, lookalike audiences, and retargeting
- Collaborate with content and design teams to develop engaging ad copy and visuals
- Analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA) and provide actionable insights
- Manage and allocate budgets to ensure high ROAS
- Conduct A/B testing on ad copy, visuals, and landing pages
- Stay current on social media trends, Facebook algorithm changes, and new ad features
- Develop and present performance reports to management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field
- 3 5 years of experience managing Facebook, Instagram & Google paid ad campaigns
- Strong expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads and Instagram Ads
- Proven experience managing large ad budgets and delivering measurable results in lead generation and conversion optimization
