Overview
Laque Bar Sydney is looking for a skilled and results-driven **Google Ads & Website Specialist** to manage and grow our digital presence.
We are seeking someone with strong expertise in **Google Ads, website management, WordPress, SEO, and digital marketing strategy** to help increase bookings, website traffic, and brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize **Google Ads campaigns**
- Create and improve landing pages for better conversions
- Manage and maintain the company website using **WordPress**
- Improve website performance, speed, SEO, and user experience
- Set up and manage Google Analytics, Search Console, and conversion tracking
- Monitor campaign performance and provide reports and insights
- Troubleshoot website and technical issues when needed
- Support overall digital marketing and online growth strategies
Requirements
- Proven experience with **Google Ads management**
- Strong knowledge of **WordPress website development and management**
- Understanding of SEO and website optimization
- Experience with Google Analytics and Search Console
- Ability to improve lead generation and conversion performance
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in beauty, luxury, or lifestyle brands is a plus
- Must be based in Dubai or able to work on-site
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Meta Ads is a plus
- Experience creating landing pages and conversion funnels
- Understanding of UAE market and audience behavior
