Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max
- Scale successful campaigns while maintaining profitability and lead quality
- Monitor and improve KPIs including CPA, CPL, CTR, conversion rates, and ROAS
- Conduct keyword, audience, bidding, and landing page testing
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and reporting tools
- Develop strategies to improve lead generation and customer acquisition
- Collaborate with internal teams to maximize campaign effectiveness
- Prepare regular performance reports and optimization recommendations
Requirements
- Strong hands on experience with Google Ads
- Proven experience managing lead generation or acquisition campaigns
- Understanding of conversion tracking, attribution, and analytics
- Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities

Role Overview
- We are seeking an experienced Google Ads Media Buyer to manage and optimize performance focused advertising campaigns.
- This role is centered on lead generation, campaign scaling, conversion optimization, and data driven growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max
- Scale successful campaigns while maintaining profitability and lead quality
- Monitor and improve KPIs including CPA, CPL, CTR, conversion rates, and ROAS

Project Details
- Position Type: Remote Contract
- Contract Duration: 6 months (extendable)
- Monthly Compensation: $4,000 – $7,500 USD
