About The Role

We are looking for a results-driven Google Ads Expert for a 6-month part time contract role to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google platforms.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in campaign strategy, lead generation, performance marketing, and ROI optimization.

The consultant will be responsible for managing end-to-end Google Ads activities while continuously improving campaign performance, conversion quality, and customer acquisition costs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize ads, bids, budgets, and targeting regularly
  • Improve lead generation, lead quality, and conversion rates
  • Reduce Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) wherever possible
  • Enhance Return on Investment (ROI) from paid advertising campaigns
  • Create and test ad copies, creatives, and landing page recommendations
  • Set, track, and achieve agreed monthly KPIs and campaign goals
  • Generate and share monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations
  • Analyze campaign data using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Ads Manager
  • Stay updated with the latest Google Ads trends, updates, and best practices

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns successfully for Dubai based company.
  • Proven experience in the B2B space, preferably within the event industry or other service-based businesses.
  • Strong understanding of PPC, SEM, keyword targeting, and conversion optimization
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics and conversion tracking
  • Ability to analyze campaign data and make data-driven decisions
  • Experience in lead generation and performance marketing campaigns
  • Strong communication and reporting skills
  • Google Ads certifications will be an added advantage

  • Lead generation volume and quality
  • Conversion rate improvement
  • Cost Per Lead (CPL) / Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
  • Campaign ROI and ROAS improvement
  • Monthly campaign performance targets

• Contract Duration: 6 Months

  • Employment Type: Part time

• Work Mode: Remote

  • Monthly Retainer: 800 – 1200 AED
  • Contract may be extended based on performance and business requirements.
