Responsibilities
- Design and deliver a structured, high performance golf training program for the firm's principal
- Build the principal's public profile through content strategy, social media, and media appearances
- Identify, pitch, and negotiate sponsorship and brand partnership opportunities
- Lead the development of the firm's golf ventures in Ghana, including course development and junior programs
- Conduct market research, identify partners, prepare proposals, and negotiate commercial agreements
- Track performance metrics and report regularly
Requirements
- Certified golf coaching credentials (PGA, TPI, or equivalent) with a strong playing background
- Proven ability to design structured training programs and demonstrate measurable player improvement
- Experience securing and managing sponsorships, brand partnerships, or athlete marketing deals
- Strong knowledge of the UAE golf ecosystem (clubs, tournaments, sponsors)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Self driven, highly organized, and comfortable balancing hands on coaching with commercial work
- Proficiency with standard business software (CRM, spreadsheets, presentation tools)
- Willingness to travel within the region and to Ghana
- Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Business, or related field is an advantage

Role Description
- This is a full time, hybrid role based in Dubai combining elite golf coaching, marketing and sponsorships, and golf business development in Ghana.
1. Performance Coaching
- Design and deliver a structured, high performance golf training program for the firm's principal.
- Provide technical instruction, course management, practice planning, fitness integration, and tournament preparation.
2. Marketing & Sponsorships
- Build the principal's public profile at the intersection of golf, athletics, and investment.
- Develop content strategy, coordinate social media and media appearances, and secure event invitations.
- Identify, pitch, and negotiate sponsorship and brand partnership opportunities.
3. Golf in Ghana
- Lead development of golf ventures in Ghana including course development, junior programs, tournaments, and golf tourism.
- Conduct market research, identify partners, prepare proposals, negotiate agreements, and track performance.
Qualifications
- Certified golf coaching credentials (PGA, TPI, or equivalent) with strong playing background.
- Proven ability to design structured training programs and demonstrate measurable improvement.

- Content creation, social media, athlete branding, or sports marketing experience is a significant advantage.

Compensation
- AED 7,000–10,000 per month, commensurate with coaching credentials and experience, plus performance based incentives.
