Job Details
Position: Golf Lab Assistant in Humber's Longo Faculty of Business.
Status: Regular part-time support position with up to 24 hours per week.
Location: North Campus in Etobicoke.
Salary classification: PT Support Payband 5, starting at $18.75 and increasing to a maximum of $27.50.
About the Role
Reporting to the Associate Dean, the Golf Lab Assistant welcomes people to the Golf Lab and controls access to the facility.
The role supports customer service, bookings, retail, public inquiries, administrative tasks, equipment operations, merchandise, and facility upkeep.
Customer Service and Administration
- Provide customer service to the public, prospective students, applicants, current students, faculty, and support staff.
- Handle retail and sales activities and book simulator golf times and golf lessons.
- Answer questions about the Golf Lab and Professional Golf Management program by phone and in person.
- Provide accurate and timely information about simulator room bookings.
- Operate and maintain standard office equipment such as photocopiers, printers, shredders, and scanners.
