Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service by interacting professionally with customers and other staff members
- Ensure golf carts have sufficient charge for daily use and make sure all carts are on charge at the end of shift
- Assist in maintaining the professional appearance of equipment and carts by keeping them clean and free of trash
- Detail golf carts once per week and perform preventive maintenance on each cart
- Ensure smooth daily operations of pick up and drop off of visitors
- Follow the correct route to drive cart accurately
- Inspect carts for damage or problems and report findings to Supervisor or Line Manager
- Monitor golf cart traffic to ensure speed and safety compliance
- Park carts neatly and safely in the storage area, clean carts daily, which may include deep cleaning and detailing as required
- Make sure customers are seated properly and do not exceed the limit required to be seated in a cart
- Maintain safe, clean and neat work environment by following standards and procedures
- Maintain strict confidentiality related to work information
Requirements
- High school or equivalent
- At least one year of experience as a golf cart driver or similar
- Must possess a driving license of any country
