Role Overview

Role Details

• The role requests 4–5 years of experience in software development.
• The role type is C2H for six months.

Must-Have Skills

• Required skills include Golang, data structures and algorithms, low-level design and class design, graphs, SQL, and APIs.
• Additional experience includes real-time internet applications or large-scale SaaS platforms.
• Exposure to Java, Spring, Python, Linux, Apache, MySQL, Solr, Memcache, and Redis is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate product requirements into technical and system designs.
• Design, develop, and deploy scalable and reliable backend services.
• Write clean, efficient, testable, and maintainable code.
• Develop high-level and low-level designs for complex systems.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and high-volume traffic.
• Work with SQL databases and APIs for data integration.
• Analyze and improve existing systems, processes, and technologies.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Qualifications

• Candidates need strong coding and problem-solving abilities.
• Candidates need experience with system design and scalable backend architecture.
• Candidates should work independently and take ownership of technical deliverables.
• Strong analytical and communication skills are required.
• High-scale traffic or applications serving millions of users is an advantage.

Compensation

• Pay is ₹1,500,000 to ₹2,000,000 per year.
